How To Exit Network Marketing With Class.
Okay, if you haven’t heard yet, Ignite360 has pulled the plug on their network marketing operations adding yet another company to the list of those who realized that the network marketing business model just wasn’t working for the type of product Ignite360 markets.
“So Why Am I Impressed With This Decision And Glad That Ignite360 Is No Longer In The Network Marketing Industry?”
Well it’s simple really:
1. The company did everything that they said they would do.
2. The company leadership never abandoned the network marketing reps.
3. They moved into the new business model with grace and honesty.
One of my virtual mentors and former SVP of Sales at Ignite360, Troy Dooly lays out what happened, why it happened and the real deal on what’s next for the company as well as the network marketing reps in this short video.
My respect and blessings go out to Troy Dooly for being such a rock-solid leader in an industry where others in his position might not be as straight forward and honest with the world. My prayers and blessings go out to the over 400 network marketing reps who have been affected by this decision. Troy and the company made it crystal clear that the decision was a corporate one and not the fault of any of the reps. I thought that this was major and necessary to keep the faith of so many.
We can only hope that more network marketing companies follow the lead of Troy Dooly and Ignite360 if the business model does not fit the products and services.
